WHEN CAN I ARRIVE?
Carpark Gates open at 10.30am Saturday 31th July to those who what to get ahead of the rush. Gates open to the main field at 11am Saturday come pitch up your gazebo or sitting area. Please bring your own blankets and chairs. Don't forget to think about your 2 meter rule. We ask that you are off the site by 8pmLOCATION
Our site is a Pre 1800's ancient woodland surrounded by post-medieval fields created from enclosure of medieval parkland.. Brickyard Wood, Brockley Lane, Chelvey, BS48 4AH With landowners permission and we are truly blessed to have stumbled upon this beautiful place and honoured to hold our first festival here.FACILITIES
If you require a full time carer to support you during your time at the festival then we will provide them with a half price ticket.
We will discuss your needs with you on an individual basis and work out how we can meet them. Should you have already purchased a ticket and it becomes apparent that we cannot meet your needs a full refund will be readily available.
We try our best to make everything accessible to everyone but we are a small festival and are based in a field and access may become difficult at times, especially if there are any adverse weather conditions
FOOD
You are welcome to bring some of your own picnic and drinks along keeping in mind that everything you bring with you must be taken home again at the end of the day. (No Glass) Being good to the Earth and being good to yourself is in our main ethos. Pack some nice food to enjoy.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TICKETS
In the following statement the term ‘adult’ refers to a person who is aged a minimum of 18 years on the 25/07/2021.
You must be aged a minimum of 18 years on the 25/07/2021 to purchase a ticket independently.
To gain entrance to the festival you must have all of your relevant tickets ready to show at the box office.
There is a finite amount of every type of ticket, we suggest that you buy in advance to avoid disappointment.
All child and teen tickets must be purchased by an adult in addition to their own adult ticket.
Up to 3 child or teen tickets can be purchased with any 1 adult ticket.
Once we have received your request for tickets, and payment confirmed, you will be supplied, by email, with a QR-code. This code must be produced at the gate, either printed out or shown on your mobile or I-pad. No QR-code, no entry. Please ensure the email entered is correct.
CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
All children and teenagers must have an adult who will be responsible for them and to whom they can report back to in times of need.
Children and teenagers remain the responsibility of the named adult with whom their tickets are purchased for the entirety of their time at the event whether they are with them at all times or not.
FIRE
We will have organised communal fires for everyone to enjoy. No Fires or BBQs on site other than the ones ran by us.PROHIBITED ITEMS
